SERB COVID 19

Considering emerging healthcare requirements to combat the COVID 19 epidemic, SERB announces a special call to catalyze R&D on critical components and innovations concerning Make-in-India Oxygen Concentrators. 

The call seeks investigation and innovation in the development of (individual/portable) oxygen concentrators in domains of alternate materials and mechanisms for oxygen separation; design, development, and manufacturing of critical components such as valves and oil-less compressors, design improvements for greater performance, AI-optimized oxygen flow devices, and oxygen-level IoT sensors etc.

The duration of the project is one year, and the component of the grant is similar to other projects supported by SERB. Proposals should be submitted in the prescribed format through the SERB online portal: www.serbonline.in. 

Other eligibility conditions as applicable to CRG projects are to be followed. 

The last date of submission is June 15, 2021.
